BBQ Food Truck

Meats: Beef brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, Texan chilli con carne, beef burgers, and jumbo hot dogs.
Serving Options: In a bun or roll, or as loaded fries.
Loaded Fries: Gluten-free and available in small, medium, and large, with optional toppings like sour cream and chive dressing, pickled slaw and more. Veg and Vegan options are available as well.
Toppings & Sauces: Homemade toppings and a selection of self-serve sauces and pickles.

Our Menu

All meats are home smoked & cooked low & slow in house in our commercial kitchen.

We produce our foods to the highest quality using fresh prime cuts of meat, herbs & spices using our own secret recipes.

The Beef – whole Beef Brisket joints are rubbed with our spice rub then smoked for 5.5 hours then wrapped and cooked for a further 8 hours until the meat is soft & tender then pulled.

The Pork- whole Pork shoulders are rubbed with our spice rub then smoked for 5.5 hours then wrapped and cooked for a further 5 hours until the meat is soft & tender then pulled.

The Chicken – is coated with our own Louisiana style spice rub, then smoked for 2 hours then cooked until tender then pulled

The Chilli Con-Carne- this chilli is a Texan based recipe with no beans, where the sauce is made then added to our pulled smoked Beef Brisket to give an authentic taste and texture.

6oz Beef Burgers- are made by us using best minced Beef, hand press then smoked, then finished on the char grill to enhance their BBQ flavour.

Jumbo Hot Dogs- Again made by us using prime Pork shoulder & belly, with our own spice & herb blend, then smoked, no filler is used.
